Shipping Costs and Times:

Within Spain : The shipping cost is €8 and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Within Europe : The shipping cost is €15, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 working days.
Other Countries : The shipping cost is €25 and the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
Free Shipping: For purchases over 300 euros, shipping will be free.

Important: We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise with the shipping companies after the tracking number has been generated. We also assume no responsibility for customs fees or taxes at the destination, nor for errors in the shipping information provided. Please note that delivery times are approximate.

Return policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused and in perfect condition.

To complete your return, please email us at contact.carrieri@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond as soon as possible and provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.

Please note that all costs related to return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds :

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and send you an email informing you of the refund status, whether approved or denied. If your refund is approved, we will process it. Please note that banks and/or financial institutions may have varying processing times for these types of refunds, but please allow approximately 5 business days.
